A:? Bismarck and Burleigh county residents.? If you live on the west side of the river you need to register for Mandan's Cal Ripken league.

A:?? 2012 cost was $125 which included $25 in pre-paid raffle tickets.? 2013 costs may or may not be the same.

A:? The player must be at least 6 years old and no more than 12 years old as of April 30th
